door chime

i have a 97 xl 150. doesnt have power locks or windows but how do i disable the door chime. without pulling the fuse.is there a wire in the door or something

I'd check the manual. On some trucks it runs off the radio, and you can simply turn it off from the radio, but i dont know if our trucks are that way.
