Front bumper fitment?? and window??
i have a 97 that im building and i hate the 97-98 front bumpers do the 99-03 bolt right up to it? also do the expedition front bumpers bolt up? also since its the 97 its got that ugly chrome lookin tint in the back windows is there anyway i can get that off or do i have to replace it with newer style rear windows? thanks for any help

if you dont like the rear mirror privacy tint you could always just black out tint over it. I know you arent supposed to put the tint on the outside but this guy I go to school with did it and its been holding up fine for 3 years. I personally think the mirror tint looks good if you can get the front ones to match like I did. But I guess it depends on your color truck.
In terms of the front bumper I am pretty sure it is not a direct fit, but I have heard of people making it work. The thing is that with the 97-98s the grille meets with the bumper in a straight line, but with the rest of the gen10s the grille dips down to meet with the bumper. If you dont know what I mean take a look at the differences in the front clip. All it means is that you will have a space between the grille and bumper. If you search around on google and the other forums I am pretty sure there are people who have done write ups about it. I too looked into doing this but ended up concluding that it just wasnt worth it.
