I have a ticking noise coming from both sides on the engine only when I accelerate and not rev it. I floored it on the highway and the ticking got worse? At first I thought it was the manifold but I had a shop look at them and they said they were fine and to clean the injectors. Any help would be great

So what's your question? We can't listen to it from across the interwebs and tell you if they get worse when you floor it on the highway. Take the shops advice and get them cleaned.
If it's the 5.4. It could be a sign of loose spark plugs. May want to check them before they blow out. Mine made a ticking noise like a lifter when the plug was loose.

Do you know if that would sound similar to the manifold leak? Because that's what it sounds like.

It very well could be. If it was me I would double check the torque on my plugs though. It's way cheaper to check then now before a costly and time consuming blow out.

Ok thanks I will get on that tomorrow
