i got my trucks codes read and its giving me a code for a misfire on #7 cylinder. Can someone help with this problem. There is new fuel filter, plug and wires were changed in mar,09 i am thinking carbon build up or weak plugor injectors plugged a bit.I am just hoping is not a dead cylinder.

Just changed the plugs in my o1 sccrew 5.4 and it also misfires a lttle at idle. Bu when i changed it some oil is leaking don into the plug and i have to burn it off and it stops misfiring, u could possibly have the same problem as me but you have a bigger leak

That's a easy one....you have a bad cop (coil over plug) go to Autozone or napa (or where ever) and get a replacement and put it in. One plug one small bolt and boom your good to go
