I'm looking at MT classic II with 16x8 with 3 3/4 backspace and -19 off set would it look alright with a 265/75 16? And could I fit them without a lift and having to trim?

265/75/16 = 31.6x10.4/16

Bump up to 285/75/16's. You won't need to cut either. Just crank a little
