Default Cranked keys

I noticed alot of people mentioning that their torsion keys are cranked, would that be the stock keys cranked? and does anyone have any idea at all how much it would lift a 97-03 regcab longbox 2wd f150?

2 wd don't have torision bar suspension, they use coils witch is better if you want a cheap lift because you can use a coil spacer witch is just a aluminum block on top of the the coil.. the spacer usually runs about $200..

Im buying a Daystar coil spacer kit when I go pick up my rims. but I was just curious and thinking I could get another inch of front end lift.
