Rock Auto has them for about $164 and it includes all required gaskets already installed, a new thermostat, and bolts for fuel rail and coil packs.
**** come to va. I'll replace it for 150 bucks in 3 hours max.

Some basic hand tools and a good Saturday, you could do it yourself for the cost of the manifold - about $165 from Rock Auto (it includes all required gaskets already installed).
I replaced mine, new belt, hoses, thermostat, PCV valve and hose, belt tensioner, 3 gallons of 50/50 premixed coolant & water, and new spark plugs all for around $400.
