injectors? yes.
Bigger MAF? yes. Use a Ford OEM type, such as an 80 or 90mm from a Lightning or 02-03 85mm GT maf.
cams? yes.
throttle body? no. Its also a waste of money, the OEM bore flows plenty of air.
Get an xcal2 from Troyer, VMP Tuning, or BamaChips.

Ob... I slightly disagree. If he is putting cams and injectors and a larger maf, a larger throttle body is a must. Otherwise its no use getting the larger maf.

crush a little car today
First off there is a little leway with mods. When taking restrictions from the inlet/exhaust systems the ECM can handle ir since it's such a small amount of horsepower. Even some cam grinds that are an improvement over stock can be handled. When you go for more serious ponies then the tables for the injectors need tweaking and the fuel curve will need some work also. The need for a wideband O2 becomes apparent as one must modify the tables for that. Change a MAF and the tables have to change for it. Supercharge the engine and the whole ball game changes since you need a fuel system to keep up with all the extra air coming in. Don't forget to change the rear gear to.
