Default Anyone recognize this button?

I just purchased a 1997 F150 from a private seller. It has an aftermarket button mounted under the drives side dash. You can rotate this button and also when depressed it stays depressed.

Manual Front Differential Cable Lock Kit … Cures Slow to No-engagement Blues. It replaces the whole vacuum actuated system to engage the front differential.

yup, the next question otherwise would have been "why doesn't my 4WD work ", and no one would have known that this kit had been installed. I'm glad the OP has it figured out before he needs it.
