Coil Spring Spacer vs. Full Replacement Coil Spring?
I am looking at a 2" lift on the front of my truck to level it out.
Should i get some spacers, or go with the full replacement springs from rough country?
Is one easier to install than the other? I will be doing it myself.
Thanks!

Idk how the whole replacement spring is but I tried putting on a 2" trailmaster spacer. They would both be the same i think in difficult to install i would think? cuz both involve removing the coil. but anyways when i went to install the coil with spacer back on it wouldnt fit by using the jack compress method to reinstall the spring and compress it. so you might need to rent a coil compressor. i never did just gunna get a shop to do it cuz i was to scared :P

Just installed the RC 2" coils last week on my Sons 99 4x2 SCAB.. easy cheesy...it actually lifted it 2.5". More than likely once he gets some miles on em it will settle a tad. The kit came with 2" rear blocks. Haven't installed the rear blocks yet..waiting to see how much it settles up front. He's gotta get new shocks next..thing bounces like crazy up front. lol.

I put 2'' coil spacer on mine. and 2'' blocks in back. It was pretty easy to do. It stiffened up my suspension quite a bit.. It throws your camber way out.So you will also need to buy camber bolts for your upper control arms either way you go,[Coils or spacers] It cost about $50.00 for them. Also it puts your upper control arm at a much more of a angle. About 1 " from rubber bumper.
If I was to do it again I would have went with the 3" spindle lift. It doesn't change anything, Or make it ride stiffer, but your recommended to get longer shocks, Its a Little more expensive but not as much stress on the ball joints. And gives you alot more room for your control arms to travel. Once I get some extra money I going to change it to the spindle lift.
