How hard is it to change COPs on an 03 4.6L SCREW F150? had one replaced but would rather have them all done.

You really dont need to replace them unless they go bad. If you want them all changed I would at least invest in high performance ones.

Somebody else will have to chime in and say whether the engine setup is the same, but I just changed them for the first time on my '03 with a 5.4L. I had read all the cautions and instructions but I had never done it before. Took me 4 or 5 hours, but I worked slow, took my own sweet time, and had a few beer breaks. To remove the COPs you'll want a 1/4" drive ratchet with 7mm socket and both 3" & 6" extensions. For the plugs you'll want 3", 6", and 12" extensions for your ratchet. I did not remove the fuel rails. The rail is kinda in the way of a couple of the COP bolts, but they slide out underneath them. If you are patient, it's not that bad.

I just replaced the plugs on my 2001 5.4L and I didn't have any trouble taken off the COP's just had to work around the fuel rails on a couple of them but not bad at all.

i did mine on my 01 5.4 a month ago and the best advice is to pull the fuel rail. it just pops off the injectors and there is 2 8mm screws you have to remove. gets them out of your way and away from harm... just my 2 cents..
