Cherry Bomb(s)!!!
So as some of you probably know a 4.2L comes with 2.5" exhaust from factory and I was thinking about buying like a foot or two of 2.5" exhaust and then weld in a Cherry Bomb right where the muffler is. Would this be a good idea? I'm only 16, I just put a leveling kit on my truck and bought rims so I'm on a tight budget. What do you fellow Ford owners think of that?
I already did some Youtube research and I know Cherry Bombs sound good, but only with dual exhaust because I havent heard a Cherry Bomb with single exhaust....
Now the question I want you to answer is....
Is it worth it to put a Cherry Bomb on my 4.2 with a single exhaust? or should I do duals, or be as manly as possible and do true duals on a 4-2?

Yeah I agree. Just some useful criticism that it will probably sound like a rice burner. Like a little Honda with a custom muffler. I wouldn't do anything to it.

yo son, im 18 and i have the same kind 4.2 v6 and i went to put on a cherry bomb glass pack. let me tell u if ur planning to take it off. it is the biggest pain in the *** there is. i live in MA so it isnt legal so i have to take it off for inspection. just make sure its a glass pack because the turbo and every other muffler they have doesnt make a big difference. my friend had a single and his truck sounded sick

I agree that it's your truck and you should absolutely do what you want. I'm just advising that, to a third party, you might give an impression different than "look at that race car."
