Hey I'm lookin at buyin a Spectra cold air intake, and a Airaid throttlebody spacer, is this a good buy? Does anybody have either of these?

Don't waste your time with the throttle body spacer. Spacers don't do anything on fuel injected motors. The Spectra is one of the worst intakes for filtration. Less than 98% filtration isn't a good thing. The design of it also allows warm air to be pulled in at under ~45 mph.
Take a look at the Gotts mod for the intake. Does as much as a CAI would be stays cooler and uses the filter of your choice. If you want more beyond the intake, look into freeing up the exhaust and a programmer.

Your mods don't warrant a custom tune, but custom programmers are better than canned programmers. It's just a matter of what you want to spend. Good canned programmers are the Edge Evo or the SCT SF3. Better custom programmers are the Gryphon and SCT x3.
