Have an 2001 f150 lariat with power side mirrors and turn signals in them neither of them work already checked the fuse and the fuse was good and cleaned terminals. On the switch but still nothin anyone run into this problem before orielys was no help !!!!

it's probably the mirror switch. They act funny when they are old. Mine will turn left if I go up and right and down if I go down. I've been told it's the switch. Dorman has one on Amazon for like $15

But would the switch have anything to do with the turn signals on the mirrors ??

ohh the signals. Well they have normal light bulbs in them my driver one was burnt out. You should have ford do it haha they break it they fix it. You have to take the mirror cap off. Is it like this mirror?

Yes exactly like that mirror but the turn signal and mirrors don't turn either I already checked the fuse

Is it hard to get cap off to get to bulbs how do I do thaat cause neither turn signal works

you have to turn the mirrors down to the ground and there's 2 clips you have to have a very little flathead screw driver and be very careful not to break the tabs or you'll need a new mirror cap.

Ok I'll try that but as far as mirrors go does it sound like a bad switch ??

does the glass not move also?

Ya the glasd doesn't move either having to adjust them by hand
