Thats exactly how they work. They tap into the IAT and TPS typically. They alter the values slightly enough to get the pcm to increase fuel and ignition timing.

I know right. I could see if it changed resistance to the IAT but I mean it literally does nothing but change the LED color. That's sad.

Folks who require a freakin' vidya o' some random ayssclown who don't know how to wear a hat proper, to tell them what their own innate common sense should already be setting off warning bells aboot.

No one here needs a video to convince them not to buy or install these things, its just interesting to see that some guys took the time and risked their ride to actually analyse and demonstrate that these "chips" are scams. No one disputed they were legit.
