you can buy a roll of 5 meter LED strips for $10 on eBay. I can get anybody a link if they specify what color they want[/QUOTE]

Lol! I wanted to paint them, but everybody does red... so I tried blue and I really like how it turned out.

I really agree with you, everyone goes red so I went yellow on mine.

It's pretty easy:
  1. Use brake cleaner and a scrub brush to get the calipers VERY clean.
  2. Mask off anything you don't want to paint with tape and newspaper.
  3. Spray with brake caliper paint, starting with light coats and going to slightly heavier coats.
  4. Let everything dry completely and reassemble.
I used 2 cans of paint to do all 4 calipers.

There's a cut line every 3 LEDs cut there and slice off the insulation over the copper pads and solder there, then heat shrink over that to protect it. Also when you hook them up they have to be + and - correct. They only light one way
