My check engine light came on today, just randomly, so I figure that it is my evap solenoid that has been clicking for a while now. The biggest thing is that it dosent sound any different, and all of the fluids are full.

well, it went off by its self, so it is just being retarded, so I figure it is safe to cut the cats off now!!!!!

ya the light will go off after a few. nice thing is, is that the computer still stores the code in it, so if u have it checked its still there.

well, we didnt get to the cats, we didnt feel like trying to drop the whole exhaust system to do it, so I am going to take it to a local shop and see if thay will do it.

If the light went off it was a Evap code. Like a loose gas cap or something like that.
