Default CB Antenna

I have the 02 extended cab and am in need of a CB antenna. But it has to be foldable. I am a private investigator and can't have antennas sticking up everywhere when out on the job. It's too obvious. I am having difficulty finding a mount to my toolbox, bed, or anywhere that will allow me to when working, fold the antenna down below bed height, out of view, then on weekends pop it back up for trails. Any suggestions?

DUDE! i have the perfect solution! i have a 4ft magnet mount CB antenna! paid like 50 bucks for it. and now i want to get rid of it since I got duals. pretty strong mag too. all you gotta do it pop it off your roof or something and put it in your bed. since your bed is metal it will stick to the side and it wont roll around. can include pics if you need them. e-mail me: minifast8807@hotmail.com

well....from what ive been told dual CBs give better range..but thats only when theyre spread like over 70in. like on semis and those big trucks, but on a pickup they will actually cancel eachother out since its way less than 70in wide on the top of the bed. so ill power one and have the other powering my scanner. and it looks sweet since theyre white and match the color of my truck. the magnet one is black.

id go with a magnet mount. i have a wilson 1000 that gets awesome range. it may be bigger than you need, its a 5 1/2' whip, but since its magnet mount, it can easily be taken off. just make sure you dont key the mic whil the whip is in contact with your truck. ive heard that it will arc and burn holes in the paint.

@20024x4: unless his toolbox is steel or has a steel bracket on it, a mag mount will not stick to a toolbox.
