Well if it worked before (open / closing) obviously some thing didn't go back togerher the way it was supposed to............You are gonna have to recheck your alignment & adjust as needed!!

It's been awhile since I played with a window...loosen the lower track bolt &Try lowing the windoww then push the track into the glass (just snug) Tighten up nut etc..
Their should be paint chip marks where it was previously set....See if it lines up in the same spot... That's all I have ....

The top retainer clip for the weatherstrip channel is most likely your problem
It needs to slide into a slot at the top before installing the bolt at the bottom
If it is not in the right slot the window will bind up
Sometimes it is easier to pull the weatherstrip out of the channel and try to get the metal channel clip to engage in the slot
Then you can reinstall the weatherstrip in the channel
Good luck

It might have slid down 1/2 inch and lost it's slot?
That is about the only thing I can think of
You know about lubing the window channel weatherstrips with mini vent lube right?
That makes a tight one work like a greased pig.
