Easy carb swap for SOHC 4.6L. Not sure why you'd want to, but for $1,000 here's the kit to make your engine carbureted.

Carbs make no more power than Fuel injection but it does make it harder to tune. Why in the world people want to waste money converting is beyond me.

Short track racing, Drag racing, Street rode. Just a few reasons for going to a carb. Not a DD though.

On the mid to late 80's trucks I wouldn't mind going to carb over FI. That's just to simplify the system though. Most of the newer stuff has too many electronics that are tied into fuel delivery. It would be a pain to work all of the kinks out. There's pros and cons to doing it. Just a matter of what use you're wanting to put it to.

If you're asking if I have a canned tune or used SCT pro racer the answer is both many dozens of times. I've tuned dozens of Modulars using SCT and Delta Force Commando pro version tuners.
