Does the front core support/structure unbolt or does it have to be cut from the firewall of the cab?
Thanks man,

The core support doesn't bolt. I cut it with a sawzall. You can kind of see in this pic. Figured with the roll arounds (44's) I would still be able to pull the motor with a cherry picker, if I unbolted and took the fenders off. (Win, win taking the core support of.)

These here are 37's on the tons before I pulled them.

So I bought a fuel cell a while back and it's a 20gal summit sumped cell.
Perfect for what I need.

Well I wanted to be able to fill up from the original location so I bout a 45* nozzle that had a roll over flapper valve built in. (Figured safety first)

Here you can hook a hose up to the factory fill nozzle...

Nozzle shot where the gas can fall through

Flapper valve, underside shot.

Well after I got to looking at it, I wouldn't be able to bolt it in. (Wrong bolt pattern, and no way to bolt it in even if it were.)

So I cut an inspection hole.

Hey Harley, did you use the same rear leaf mounts, just flip the shackles? And did you have much issue with body roll in regards to steering with that much lift?

I flipped the hanger and used belltech drop shackles to get extra lift. (Smoother ride too)

Yeah I dropped the locations down 3" of the stock hangers, and made some god awful hangers to make it work. Did it for more lift. This is what you get on a HS budget. Haha it worked though those are 97-03 f150 10" superlift leaf springs.

As far as body roll goes, with out the subframe I built on the truck I could make the front dip over a foot on the turning corner...

With the subframe on, (2links on each axle) I could go in and out of turns much quicker, more power to the ground and not wasted up in springs, and better handling (axles in track)

Can't wait to see what this 4 links all about.
