Default Electrical issue after replacing rockers

So after replacing my rockers and removing all the doors my door ajar light stays on, dome light stays on, and third brake light. The power door locks also don't work. Never had this issue before hand. Tried spraying wd40 in the latches and nothing. Help please? The dome light and third light stay on while the truck is off and parked in the garage also.

You dont give year of truck Does it have the push button switch on the door jam on on the front side if so this controls the dome light.

You disconnect the battery before welding?

I've disconnected the battery. As soon as I hook it back up both lights go on

Fuse number 8 under the hood is blown. Power door locks fuse. Replaced it. Hit the unlock button and it did work and blew the fuse again at the same time...

I'm at a loss of what to do and my truck is a sitting duck which isn't good. Any help would be appreciated!

sounds like you've shorted something out, check all door harnesses again.

I'd suspect the connectors in the kick panel area

Did you remove the wire harness that runs under the sill plate before welding? heat from welder could have damaged insulation.
