Default 03 f150 spark plug change

hi there looking to change my spark plugs on my truck its 03 f150 xlt i have the new plugs and the Cops but is there anything else i need to replace like the rotor cap or distributor cap wires ? jsut want to get everything in order before i do this task? Do i need to gap my spark plugs with the tool ?

Their is no cap or rotor and unless the cops are bad I wouldn't replace them unless I was going aftermarket. The plugs are usually pregapped .but check them incase I think its .54 good luck and take your time.

Not really sure why but in my experience (25 yrs) Ford engines don't like anything other than Motorcraft plugs. They've always worked better for me.
