Default Going CRAZY without my truck!

Hey guys, I know I posted about my 4.2L F-150 Driver Side Catalytic Converter needing replacement, but I'm about to pull my hair out. The car was definitely clogged due to raw fuel being dumped on it. I was throwing 6 codes including misfires on Cylinder 1,2, and 3. I replaced the Driver Side Cat with a brand new MagnaFlow direct fit and the truck seemed to run considerably better, but still like crap. I ended up checking all my plugs to make sure none had fouled out, all good! I changed out the coil, misfire codes went away an truck ran a lil better than that, but still like crap. I checked for Vacuum leaks, and all good there. Truck will not accelerate, and Boggs down and check engine light flashes. I've been told to stop driving it because flashing means raw fuel is being dumped right down into the cats. Where can I turn next?

Well I know I've posted many times on this site, but I'm still new to this posting stuff. I've checked the old threads or whatever u call it. I still have yet to find the problem. I was led in the right direction, which got me to fixing the initial problem. But getting the truck back to normal and fixing all the other minor issues to get it running properly is still a mystery.

If you want help you've got to be precise. What the problem is. What you've done. Exact codes. Etc.

Truck will not accelerate, feels like something is stopped up. I push the gas and it revs up really high but it's so sluggish, it won't get above about 30mph. Takes forever to switch gears, and I have to let off the gas and hit it again to make it switch. Plugs have been checked and all good, they were replaced about 6k ago, new Magnaflow Driverside cats, new coil pack, changed fuel filter, no vacuum leaks located, fresh gas. Truck idles just fine and seems to do ok in 1st gear. But can't punch it, can't accelerate, and get no power. It almost feels as if u punched it while it was in 4x4 Low Range all the time, but it's not a 4x4 truck.

OBDII had the following codes:

Cylinder Misfires on 1,2,3

P0174- System too Lean Bank 2

P0156- O2 Circuit (Bank 2, Sensor 2)

P0442- Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (Small Leak)

P1131-Lack of HO2S11 Switches/Sensor Indicates Lean

After fixing what I did, everything else dropped, the only code that remains the same is:

P1131-Lack of HO2S11 Switches/Sensor Indicates Lean

May be a dumb question, but is you E-brake partially on? I've done that before because I didn't check it after my grandpa drove (he drives a manual so it is second nature for him to tap the E-brake)

Yeah.. because his e brake will cause it to run lean and throw codes.

I don't have all the answers, but when mine had similar issues it was fuel related. First the fuel pump,2nd the injectors. That's probably not it but when my injectors were going out it took a couple miles to get past 25 mph.

You have a bad upstream bank 1(passenger side) oxygen sensor. Replace it and make sure you have the rubber elbow on the a/c drain.

So by replacing that O2 sensor, everything will again run in sync with other electronics and open up and start driving better? I'm def gonna try it just cuz I need my truck and I'm at the point I'll try anything, but it just seems as if there's more to it than that?
