Those were the ones I got for my truck (except for the rear and I did the bushings too). That rattle drove me nuts, plus it can really mess with the mount up.

I think I figured it out...one pad has a small spring on it that goes on the outside...I put it on the inside. D'oh.

Yeah the wear indicator goes on the outside. But you still need both anti rattle clips.

I've scoured the Internet, including how to's like the one I posted above, and I have yet to see a anti rattle clip on this style of caliper.

Ok, I flipped around the pads and replaced the slide rails and now everything is good.

FYI - for anyone doing this swap, there are no actual anti rattle spring clips. The design of the slide rail clips hold the calipers in place. I'm not a big fan of the design.

What you are calling the side rail clips are actually anti rattle shims to hold the caliper in place along with give the pads a smooth place to slide on.
