Default Cabin Air Filter?

I have a 97 F150 XLT and I've been trying to locate the Cabin Air Filter? Need a little help guys.

Unless it has had it added from a dealer, the 97's did not come with a cabin air filter from the factory.

^ nope not from the factory. It was an option for the dealer to put on after they took delivery but many did not. Even most of the 04-08 trucks don't have a cabin air filter. I don't know why Ford decided not to use one.

Just past the blower motor under the passenger side dash.
