Anybody know where on the the condensor is the low pressure valve?

I don't know the year of your truck but most likely the low pressure supply valve is located on the side of the accumulator which is on the passenger side firewall in the engine compartment.
If you mean the orifice valve, it is located just inside the low pressure line on the side where it connects to the condensor.
