Default Bumper valance interchangeability

I cracked bumper valance while making a u-turn at a construction site. According to the search of this forum, 97-98 F150/Expedition/Navigator have the same valance. Is this correct? I suppose tow hooks shouldn't affect fitting because mine doesn't have them. Thank you.

I don't think a navi would work but an expo or f150 will

Thank you. I went to JY but F150's were pretty much stripped. I guess I will have to wait until they get new shipment. In the meantime, I am going to fix the cracks with epoxy and fiber glass mat.

Just order one from amazon. I got mine for less than $50.

Looks like you're covered here. However, I did laugh a little by your use of the word shipment in referring to the junk yard.

I felt a little awkward, too, as I was typing.

jprevat,
I didn't know I can buy new non-Ford valance. Thank you for the info.

I think they are so cheap, getting a ugly old one from junkyard and paying what they ask is a bad deal

Try L & M. They should have it readily available.
