Looks good. I built my own headache rack, this makes me want to make one of these even though I have no use for one. For the sides I would suggest using a CNC plasma cutter if you have access to one.

Took a few pictures, haven't started grinding much, and still have a lot of cutting to do. Going to cut the back corners at an angle to make it more appealing and run some type of plate on the side, possibly have somebody CNC cut a design of some sort.
very nice man let me know how it turns out maybe you would be interested in building another one to sell

well it should be, I know it's strong cause I always test my welds. 4 lb sledge makes a pretty good test without denting the crap out of it.

nice having trouble finding a light bar bracket 50 inch a couple guys gave me some suggestion, but I figure a rack would be a lot easier to mount to

Gt some more of the rack done this weekend, I think it needs a thin piece of sheet metal cnc cut into a design to fill the side voids. And ideas guys?

So how does this look guys? Got a lot of. Grinding work done and found some 14ga plate steel. It's getting kinda heavy but I don't think it'll be a problem with the mounting system I've got figured out. Should be finished grindin it next weekend and have paint.

Still haven't found anything suitable to use as a gasket. I really need ideas on that! Ts gotta be at least 1" wide, and 3' long. I'd like a soft rubber, that's decently thick.

Here's the picture lol forgot to add it. I'm thinking rustoleum hammered finish. Maybe after some bedliner? I'm tired of the plain black finishes, and I really like the textured look, but I'm not hugely into hydro dipping.

I think it's a bit too tall. But hey I don't like roof racks anyway. God job on building it yourself though.
