Brake rotor thickness
I am going to be replacing front and rear brake pads. I have a digital caliper and plan on measuring the rotors thickness. A lip hasn't formed yet and they seem pretty decent. However, what are the specs in terms of thickness that the rotors should be at to be considered OK? What measurement would be considered too thin and should be replaced? Thanks in advance.

Anytime you replace pads you should have the Rotors turned. Take them to your local auto part store. They will measure them. The specs should be stamped on the rotor somewhere.
