Brake noise - I think?? Help please.

Well, I'm sort of glad that I took it into a professional, rather than screw with it myself (I know what I DON'T know these days! 
). It turns out that the front wheel bearings on both sides are bad, and the passenger side took the spindle with it.
So, while I'm not so happy at spending the dough, at least I know that this issue will be resolved...
