Let me know if i should be posting anything useful. I have some diagrams, part numbers, links, pictures of the swap etc...

I think the usual suspects know the whole process in and out, but i never recall pitching to do this, but def. get this done before ya put the entire intake manifold on, or else it's a total pain in the **** to do once it's on. Ask me how i know I had a boost leak for a while because the vacuum hose rotted and popped out.

Feel free to use any of my images in my album here:

Alot of them are of the swap process, so that could help too.

All old stuff i have:

0: PCV system line - goes to the tee in the middle of item 1 (you probably want to ditch this and apply the fix above)
1: PCV system hose - goes from the passenger valve cover to the supercharger plenum. The tee in the middle goes to the bottom rear of the lower intake, but you're better off deleting that tee and capping the lower intake. Probably want to ditch this too.
2: Lower raditor "octopus hose" - that goes on the radiator. The 2 long skinny hoses go to the oil cooler by the oil filter. Not needed for the swap.
3: not needed
4: Lightning vacuum harness parts - goes to passenger side of plenum to the big vac port.
5: L specific Vacuum lines - ones along the firewall, by the battery and stuff. Goes along the firewall to the passenger side HVAC ports and box behind the battery
6: Evap solenoid - mounts on firewall next to brakebooster. Goes to the drivers side of the plenum to one of the vacuum ports. Keep factory one. Extra part not needed,
7: Intercooler hose - goes from the top metal intercooler barb to the intercooler tank
8: EGR valve - goes from the drivers manifold to the side of the plenum. 8.1 and 8.2 stick on a silver metal sensor on #15
9: Lightning specific Throttle bracket w/ throttle & cruise cable - Mounts onto the throttle body (bottom 2 studded bolts of the throttle body)
10: cruise control computer - same as a regular F150, just swap on the L specific cable as it's a different length
11: Lightning starter solenoid - Do i even need this for the swap? no toss away
12: Driver's side PCV hose - plenum to the intake boot. Goes from the forward port on the passenger side of the plenum by the IAC, under the s/c snout, and to the bottom of the intake elbow
13: Intercooler Hose to pump/heat exchanger - Lower IC hose that goes from the bottom port on the metal IC hoses down to the heat exchanger outlet
14: heater core line. Not really needed. Metal part goes to the back of the water pump on top of the block. Rubber part goes into a firewall barb for the heater core
15: EGR sensors, etc. - Bolts to drivers side of the blower on the studded bolts
16: Hard intercooler lines - mount on side of blower. The 2 rubber curved ones go at the back of the s/c onto the intercooler barbs. The metal part gets bolted to the passenger side of the blower on the metal studded bolts
