Default Bank 1 and Bank 2 lean

2003 4.6L. Was running great thursday. I went around a corner started acting like it was missing. Check engine light came on. Codes say cyl 3 miss fire. bank 1 and bank 2 lean. Also there was a bad sulfur smell when shutting off the engine.
I changed out the plugs, boots, coils and the coil pack on cyl.3.
I disconnected battery to clear codes. Took truck for a test drive, check engine light came back on.
Checked codes cyl. 3 miss fire was gone but bank 1 and bank 2 lean still was there.
I have changed the fuel filter. From what I have read I should change the Mass Air Flow Sensor but due to the cost I want to be sure.

I use to ask my Dad but he past away last year and now I am at a loss in more ways than the obvious. Please help.

Mass air sensors don't usually go bad, but they do get dirty. Available at local parts house, but looks like this: http://www.jcwhitney.com/jcwhitney/p...22&zmap=576116

Very easy to use.
Fuel filter should be changed yearly.

OK. It sounds like I just need to break down and get the MAF sensor.
I do not know what else to do short of taking it to a garage.

Tried cleaning the MAF sensor today. It did not help. I have been driving it to work still since it is my only mode of transportation. When holding a constant speed with the RPMs @1100 to 1500 feels like I am in message chair. I guess I am going to attack the EGR valve next.
