I need help keeping my truck on the road! Three days ago I was driving down the highway my temp gauge came little under half way (I have a small leak in the top of my radiator I have a new one just haven't had time to change it) I was watching it and then I was going up a little hill to an exit when up against the cement wall I could hear some noise sounded like a cat going out, I then noticed I had no power foot to the floor truck was slowing down I shifted to nurture to kill the truck when I shifted it died on its own l, coasted to a restaurant and stopped, truck cooled down about 30 minutes and tried to start it, sounded of no gas to start got a tow home, that night I pulled oil dip stick no water then pulled a spark plug it was flooded, oil was half way between high and low the next morning I pulled all plugs still flooded but I noticed water in cylinder 6 was draining out like 3 drops a second and my oil had no water but it was about an inch and a half over the max line and it smelled a little gas I imagine my injectors stuck open?Left plugs out within 6 hours it drained all my water out of cylinder 6 all my buddies and me are thinking head gasket but all I can find online is people saying lower intake manifold gasket I will talk to a mechanic at ford house (he's a friend but on vacation for two more days) before I start taking it apart what y'all think? And was that possibly a rod I heard before it died? Also truck ran great until then and no check engine light ever came on.

The most common is the intake gasket and in your situation the thing you should hope for. If it was mine I would pull the intake first to check for that.

The lower intake manifold gasket, they sell the lower and upper in a kit should I get that and do the head gasket while I'm at it

Are you using ethanol blended fuel? Ethanol is causing so much blowby without a oil catch can in your PCV your intake manifold will be flooded by oil evaporating from the crankcase.

All fuel has some type of ethanol, 87 is what I use and it contains no more then 10% ethanol I get gas at shell and every mouth one tank of chevron

UPDATE I got everything removed today tomorrow I will start cleaning all the pieces I can the lower intake manifold is gummed up a bit what's the best way to clean it out and the lifters? Their is a very small crack in the bottom of the cylinder head I can't fit a blade of grass in and it does not go very deep will it be ok or should I replace it.

I take every head to a shop to have it professionally magniflux checked for cracks and for warpage. Even a hairline crack not visible to the naked eye can make a head unusable. And on the other end of the spectrum I've seen the pros deem a crack like the one in the picture as salvageable and grind it out to stop further cracking. I leave it up to them as I trust their experience. The big problem is finding that type of a trustworthy shop near you.

I took to a local shop called city motors in Dallas (if your familiar with the tv show gas monkey garage that's who they use from time to time) they are fixing it now for $90 a piece they told me I could just grind a little my self but I want them to do all that.
