A small steel nut can also cause huge problem. Make sure your not using a steel nut on brass studs in the starter & relay.

Cool Carcrazy. I didn't know that. My 97 150 didn't have PATS and my 00 has the RFID type. Thanks for the info.

Well it was a bad GEM. Guess my windshield is leaking because it had water damage. Replaced the fuse box and i'm back in business.
