Default Bad Coil Pack?

I think i might have 2 bad coil packs and just want to verify. Im getting codes P0351 and P0352. My secondary resistance measures 14kohms across terminals, 7&4, 8&2, 1&6, 3&5 for both coil packs. Is this to high of a resistance. truck is randomly missing and almost no power/accel.
thanks

Yes but its more then likley just one....I dont think they will run with 2 out.Start the truck and let it idle...unplug each coil one at a time and listen for changes in the idle/running/smoothness of the truck running.Unplug one with no change and thats your dead coil.
