Default Bad window motor?

I have a 97 f150 xlt and I wanted to know what I was looking at to fix. My window stops at certain points when it's going up or down and needs to be pushed. It also makes a clicking noise. Am I looking at a bad window motor? And if so how would I go about replacing it

Could be the motor on it's way out or the rubber guides are dry and grabbing.

Id suggest lubing them with silicone spray lubricant and see if it still jams.

If it deos it's most likely the motors on its way out.

Good luck

I contend that this could be it too.
Pull your panel off and check out where you're getting caught. Grease and then monitor.

Lube will probably do the trick
