this is pretty handy. I had to do a lot of trimming for my double din radio to fit. I think you need to do a how to on adding more speakers to the system. custom but Im sure you know how to add em. (I want to add a couple more speakers and tweeters, possibly on top of the dash or roof.

Someone needs to make a how to on double din radio install. Although I think there is one on f150online.com but who uses that site!?!? Haha

^the way I did it was....try to put it in...what rubs? dremel it!











plug it up and your good to go. mine took a couple hours. OH youll need to mount it somehow...I had some solid mounts, but it got ripped out, so when the professional guys put in a new one, they used, a sort of tack strip, stuff I would use to secure ducting for microwaves/dryer vent/shower vents..etc and the screws have already fallen out so it rattles around

Hmm.. try to fit it in, whatever rubs, dremel it. Sounds like a plan lol I was just wondering how to mount it. I know u can buy a double din bracket for this year truck but didn't know if they actually worked.

there was a bracket? didnt know that lol

I would like to swap to a single din with more buttons..or a double din with more buttons, my touch screen is poopy.

Default 6CD Changer

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to wire in a 6 CD changer if it is in the center console, I don't want to start ripping my dash apart until I know what I'm in for. Thanks
