Default My Exhaust is a wreck!

Okay so I heard rattling in my rear Cat so I decided that I was going to start doing my exhaust due to problems that clogged cats cause. I ended up taking off my muffler all the way up to right behind both my rear cats. Basically I have headers, cats, and that's it. After watching a couple of youtube videos on how to unclog or gut cats I gutted my left rear cat (The one making all of the noise) and now my exhaust sounds like DUKEY! It almost sounds like a old beater now, I am now also running lean so I have some choices to make soon.

I found a couple of options I can do, 1. Replace with high flow cats, 2. Straight pipe my exhaust.

I dont really care about passing emissions for inspections, I have buddys to take care of my inspections. So I kinda wanna straight pipe the rest, now should I completely take off my rear cats and have pipe welded from the front cats back, or should I keep hollowed out cats and have pipe from there back? I already know what to do with my rear o2s. Just wanted to know what would sound better in the end really?
