Default AntiTheft mechanism will not let my truck crank

I replaced my instr cluster with a used one from a local wreck yard. We changed out the cluster but my truck will not turn over. The theft light keeps blinking on/off. Is there a way to reset the anti-theft on a 2000 Ford F150. Is there anything I can do to turn off this feature or reset it?

The cluster will have to be reprogrammed by the dealer.

Some locksmiths that cut Ford Pats keys also have a scan tool that may be used to reprogram. Check in your area. They should be cheaper than the Dealer.
