Alot of front road noise

So i have alot of front road noise and some shaking? is there a solution to this problem?

Like what? i was told i need CV joints in the front. COuld that cause it?

What year is it? What kind of cab is it? What engine? I'm assuming 4x4? How is it shaking? What is the noise like? Etc etc. The question was too vague

true sorry. 2003 Screw 5.4 4x4 and just sounds like alot of noise coming from the wheel area, its a really hard noise to i guess describe
