There's a problem with the air bag, impossible to diagnose over the internet. The flashing light tells you there's a problem, get it scanned and you'll know. Unplugging the fuse didn't fix it, but it will get you killed in an accident without a functioning airbag.

I think you might be able to but most take it to a dealer...at least my friend did...thats how I learned about this....
