AC works but comes out the defrost vents, Help?

I just got this ford f150 regular cab flareside, when I got the truck the AC would blow out the defrost vents but after a while it would kick in and blow normal, now it just blows cold air out of the defrost, getting tired of the condensation on the front window, anyone can give a brother a few suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it, thanks in advance
