ABS Light - C1095

ABS Light - C1095
Just picked up a 2002 Screw FX4 with the ABS light on. Truck has 188k.
Pulled the code and I'm getting a C1095 Pump Motor Circuit Failure.
There isn't much info on this that I could find other than the abs module which seems to be a common failure with these years. Tried swapping it with another unit from a 2000 f150, but still getting the C1095.
All fuses are good, wiring to the module looks fine and is all intact.
My next step is to replace the abs pump unit itself.
Am I missing anything before I start looking for a new abs pump?

Well, did some more diagnosing since I got no help here. Hopefully this will help someone else that runs into this.
I checked for power and ground at the abs module, Orange/Yellow is power, Light Green/Yellow is ground. Both tested fine, 12v+
I then removed the abs module, and ran jumper wires straight from the harness to the abs pump (bypassing the module). This should start the abs pump, but it did NOT for me.
Bad abs pump/HCU.
I smacked mine a few times with a BFH and it started responding when jumped.
Put it all back together and my ABS light is gone, for now, though I'm sure it'll be back...
