99 model accessory delay relay stays on
my truck acts like the key is in the ignition all the time so the accessory delay relay does not turn off you can roll down the windows turn on windshield wipers and the radio plays if you don't drive for a few days the battery will discharge help

I'm having the same issue with my 2000 F150 XLT. I hear it may be the GEM module or a corroded wire under the rear sill plate on the driver's side...so I have read. Mine just happened yesterday so I haven't looked yet.
