Default 98 f150 won't start in cold weather?

I had my truck park outside in the snow for 3 days and the temperature has reach below 0 degree, when i try to start today it wouldnt start up at all. I am getting a clicking noises. My battery is good, i had someone else jump my truck but still it wouldnt fire up. Any help?

If it doesn't crank try to jump starter solenoid and check all grounding connections and battery terminals.

Try to narrow possibilities down. Beep the horn while trying to crank the engine over. Does the horn continue to beep while attempting to crank engine? If no, its a battery or connection problem. If yes, horn continues to blow but starter still clicks then its a starter issue.
