Default Thought I had the pcv problem fixed.

I had rough idling for a few months and finally got around to replacing the pcv hose. Now it dies every time I come to a stop in my 99 4.2. I then found another hose coming out the rear by the pcv valve with an elbow that leads to a y with on male and one female that has been disconnected and I have no idea what it is and where it goes. Anyone?

can you feel vacuum from it when your engine is runnin? is it the egr vacuum hose? or a vacuum hose that goes somewhere on the intake manifold?

I dont think its the egr, I'm pretty sure I routed that one back. I think its coming from the manifold somewhere. Its really hard to get at under there, cant trace it back far.
