Default 98 F150 Idle Rough Check Engine Light On

Wondering if anyone knows if the check engine light will come on if I need my fuel injectors cleaned? I ran an store bottle of cleaner through a tank with no result. Engine idles really rough at stop lights and will even kill from time to time. Runs smooth as silk as soon as I give it any kind of gas. I know the engine is not misfiring. Wondering if someone can help me out....injectors? fuel filter? fuel pump? codes did not come back with anything specific...automotive place just said to give it a tune up???

Didn't catch what engine to offer up a miracle cure. Sounds like a vacuum leak, possibly at the PVC valve if its a V-8. Wonder why no CEL activity?

id get those codes pulled.. the OBD system is pretty cool these days and usually tells you right were to start. but it does sound like a vaccum leak. check the pcv elbow on the back of the manifold.. wait what engine do you have?

Wondering why the guy said mass air flow, when the code is 02 malfunction. Puzzling for sure, I would ohm out the 02 circuit as the code stated, second option is to swap 02 sensors and see if code switches to other bank.
