Right, I happen to know quite a bit about that. Autolite and Motorcraft are Honeywell companys. Hell Motorcrafts are made @ Autolite. But there is a very big difference - @JCR 56 for nailing it on the head. Different spec, heat range and quality. Specially over the 103's/104's.

Wow, there's a first, never seen anyone say replace the clutch fan and freeze plugs. Curious

Really. When ever I have to change my oil I pull the motor and pit it on a engine stand to turn it upside down.
On a serious note. NEVER replace frost plugs unless you're doing a rebuild. No reason to replace the clutch fan unless something is wrong with it
