To change you flasher fuse remove the pieces shown in the pics, it's pretty straight forward once you get into it.
The top piece just pulls off, the bottom piece has 10 screws, 2 in each of the latches, 2 in the metal bracket at the bottom and 4 in the dash piece. Remove the 2 screws in the metal bracket on the right side behind the plug and pull the bracket out from behind. The flasher module is mounted on that bracket.

Yes, you can feel it ticking when you turn on the flasher. I bought one off ebay and it didn't work right so they sent me another and still no luck. I'm now waiting on one from superbrightleds to come in the mail. Hopefully it's better quality.

Great thanks for the write up, i wonder if it's still easy to get to without taking off the panels, like i can crawl under there by the pedals and see what's going on.

Could someone send me a link for the LED Flasher module which actually works? (Ebay/Amazon are better but anything else is fine too)

EDIT:
Would this one work?

So does anyone know if this relay is worth buying? I don't want to spend 20$ and wait 2 weeks for something that will not even work.

The plugs look right so I'm gunna guess yes that it would work.

The ep27 is the right flasher module, but I got two off ebay and neither worked correctly. I just got my flasher from superbrightleds in the mail yesterday, I will be putting it in tonite and will update on its quality. I think getting to the flasher without pulling the dash pieces would be difficult, I've had mine off three times now and it only takes 5 minutes.
Also the flasher from superbrightleds is $13 plus like $2 for shipping and it appears to be better quality.

I can get to my flasher from under the dash easily without taking it apart... I took pictures of it when I was doing the zip tie mod.
